LA LUNA 100% Tequilana

La Luna 100% Tequilana, AKA Weber's blue agave or Agave tequilana is a striking species with a blue-gray hue and long, narrow leaves that can reach three to four feet in length. This characteristic is similar to Agave augustafolia var. espadín, the primary agave used in Oaxaca. Agave tequilana is the exclusive species used in the production of tequila. It boasts a flavor profile that includes notes of citrus, spice, custard, white pepper, and a subtle hint of smoke.
